Return Period

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

How to return?

Send an email to info@dtx-100.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will contact you within 2 working days.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Exceptions

Opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement product free of charge.
